Wildflower accepts a limited number of commissions each year to ensure a truly bespoke experience. New projects are typically booked 6–8 weeks prior to the start of design work.
Process

On-Site Consultation - Every project begins with an in-depth on-site consultation. We’ll walk your property together, explore how you live and interact with your outdoor spaces, and discuss your aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and long-term goals for the landscape. The consultation is $200 and includes up to one hour of dedicated on-site time.

Design Agreement - Following our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed design agreement outlining the project scope, deliverables, and landscape design fee—customized to your property and vision. The consultation fee is applied as a credit toward the design fee. The minimum design fee is $4,500.

Site Inventory + Analysis - We return to your property to document existing conditions through high-resolution drone imagery, field measurements, and site elevation data. This step ensures accuracy and precision in the design process.

Concept Review - Approximately 6–8 weeks after signing, you’ll receive a set of immersive 3D renderings and a video walkthrough that bring your landscape vision to life.

Final Design Package - Within 2–3 weeks of receiving your feedback, your complete 2D landscape plan set will be delivered. This includes detailed planting plans, material specifications, and all critical dimensions—providing everything needed for a seamless installation.

For clients seeking a fully managed experience, on-site construction observation and coordination services are available by request and billed hourly.
